In 1939, the Arpels brothers Julien, Claude and Louis embarked on an adventure that would change their lives. Seventy years later, Van Cleef & Arpels is one of the most celebrated jewelers in the United States. To mark this journey, the House has created two Special Edition Vintage Alhambra necklaces. Inspired by the company’s archives, the necklaces will be comprised of 10 motifs with alternating clovers in yellow gold and lapis ($7,200) or yellow gold and malachite ($6,800).

The deep, rich blue lapis and the vibrant green malachite represent colors of nature which have long inspired the designers at Van Cleef & Arpels. These exclusive necklaces will each be numbered and come with unique packaging as part of this very special collection. A total of 100 of each necklace will be produced and sold only in US Van Cleef & Arpels boutiques.
