Faberge jewellery

News reports all over the Internet have hailed the return of luxury legend Fabergé after a 92-year absence. For us, this news is particularly interesting because this incarnation of the iconic jeweler immerses itself in luxury version 3.0.

While other luxury brands tread gingerly into the digital realm, Fabergé is going all out, selling without the benefit of brick-and-mortar boutiques.

Fabergé Chief Executive Officer Mark Dunhill, formerly President of Alfred Dunhill Ltd, says: “Fabergé is setting new standards for the luxury industry, challenging conventions which have traditionally meant that the client is confined to the rules and rituals, opening hours and geographical locations of luxury brands.

“Faberge.com offers the client the ultimate in personal choice, convenience and flexibility with absolute transparency throughout the buying process. At every stage, the client directs proceedings and drives the relationship to suit his or her own pace and style.”

One of the most famous names in jewelry, Fabergé was the celebrated creator of wondrous treasures for the Tsars of imperial Russia until the Bolshevik Revolution of 1918.

Peter Carl Fabergé stunned the world with his creations, particularly the incredible Faberge eggs, but the jeweler’s assets were nationalized by the Bolsheviks, whose disdain for private wealth is well documented. Today, Fabergé is back and still pushing the boundaries of creativity.
